SCI is currently seeking a seasoned and professional Project Manager with a proven work history that includes all aspects of Project Management to include project tracking, budgeting, performance management, client relationship management, etc.
on a project that involves a variety of aspects to include technical and administrative support tasks. Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks within a larger project; develop, implement, and track project timeliness; and manage different professional categories and experience levels. The PM must have excellent written and oral communication skills. PMI training and/or certification is a plus.
Responsibilities shall include:

Working with a varied client base dependent upon task requirements. Different tasks will have different client contacts, time lines, deliverable, etc.

Responsible for the performance management of all members on the project team. This includes annual performance reviews, any performance improvement, disciplinary actions, etc.;
-
Participate in business development and proposal efforts relative to the client base and/or project type.
