COMPANY PROFILE

Singhal & Company, Inc. (SCi) was founded in June of 2003 after a lot of planning and deliberation. The founders of the company Mr. Vineet Singhal & Ms. Anita Singhal, had past experience in delivering professional services as employees and as freelance/sole proprietors. They both walked away with extensive experience as employees and a long list of "Lessons Learnt". The company established high standard of service from conception because the founders were (and remain) owner-employees. In January of 2004, Mr. Yogul Shikarpuri joined the management team and also took on the role of owner-employee.

The company has continued to experience growth and support of its clients because of the continued value that SCi has been able to deliver. Every task receives diligent focus and comprehensive effort that far exceed the industry trend. In each task SCi has displayed a sense of commitment to its clients task and visibly set itself apart from the "body shopping" consultant/ contractors that flood the professional services sector. In September of 2005, SCi was certified as a U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Participant & Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
